Rest day today. I did pretty well at the Gym yesterday. Made it thru my workout without getting too tired like last time. I did do weights for a limited time, though since I had a time frame, I wanted to be out to get home. I am feeling it in my arms today.

We had a small group for Book Club last night....5 of us. We didn't end up having any appetizers, but had a tasty main meal. There was a lovely salad with artichokes & other yummy ingredients. I cooked Pork Tenderloin, marinated in Soy sauce, garlic, Sriracha, etc. & Oven Red potatoes in EVOO, garlic & blk pepper. I sprinkled some fresh parmesan on top at the end. We also had deviled eggs with shrimp. Dessert was Blue Bell Buttered Pecan Ice Cream. I logged everything (guesstimate) after & thought I didn't do too bad....til I remembered I forgot to log the wine 😏🍷🍷 Still down .4 this morning.

Hubby is off to lunch with the guys. I threw in a load of laundry & I'm sitting outside finishing my 2nd cup of coffee. It felt kinda close at first, but a nice breeze has stirred up. The hummingbirds are twittering about at the feeders, one of which is just over my head.

I'm in conversation with my hair dresser. I think I want to start transitioning to my natural hair color....grey or Silver 😁 It's a different process than I was imagining, according to her. My natural color was dark brown & I've been blond for a long time now. My roots grow still have some dark strands mixed with the grey. Sooo...I may have to go dark with silver highlights. I'm trying to make the process less noticeable (& ugly). I want to keep length...at least shoulder length. I'll post pics when we finally make a decision & get it done.

Coffee's gone....guess I should go inside & do something productive 😊
