I’ve been consistent with my eating, and fitness, but not with my Wayans and chickens. I’m stall at the 190 Mark right now. I’m training for a marathon in October and running 30 to 40 km a week right now.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
