Y’all inspired me to get after it. Was going to take the day off from working out, but now I changed my mind. Gonna hit it hard! God - watch over us and protect us on our journey. Let us find strength when we are weak. Let us find words to inspire others, and lift them when they fall. Give us energy when we are tired. Nourish our bodies and minds so we awake fresh and ready to take on the day tomorrow.
