I had half kg of Greek yogurt, I'm not surprised
58.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Greek yogurt is actually a great food for weight loss. It has tons of protein. Diets like Dukan use it to help with weight loss. I guess if you eat too much of anything though. Track all your food. Drink your water. Be active. Im hoping the warm weather is coming so i can get out and bike and run.
