Bounced back up just a tich ⤴️

Got back to the Gym today. It was a challenge to do some of my routine, but I did OK. I could tell I was tight...not good to go that long without at least stretching 😕 My hip & back bothered me while I was on vacation. I'm sure sitting in the car for a long drive contributed, but I wonder if I'd managed to fit in a workout or 2 it would have helped. My sofa at home is very padded. I know the chairs & sofa I sat on while away were less padded. Luckily, the hot tub at our Niece's helped. Weekend rest days, then back on Monday.

We had our usual Protein Smoothies when we got home. Then I made chicken breast, chickpeas, tomatoes & sweet peppers for dinner. I kept the calories a little lower today....under 1900. I know I burn a few extra on workout days.

Hubby & I watched about 3/4 of the CMA Fest show tonight.

Off to bed, now 📚😴
