This has been a tough week for me as we ate out 3 times this week, I was very surprised to see my weight didn't go up (THANK GOODNESS!!!)However, I will have to work harder this next week. Going to walk the dogs on the trails Monday if the weather permits and go to the gym on Wednesday for a change in routine.
