Gaining a little and trying not to have a meltdown over it. 😆 I keep telling myself gaining is a good thing when you're underweight. It's hard to keep thinking that way but just taking it day by day is all I can do.
36.0 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You weigh the same as a child who's not even your height. Unless you're extremely short, (and 4ft 8 is not extremely short) all adults should weigh over 100 pounds. Most teenagers weigh over 100 pounds and they're not even done growing yet. So glad you're gaining weight and I hope you keep at it. It can only improve your health and your wellbeing! Your body will look healthier too which may help with your self-image. You've learned what you need to when it comes to staying skinny and not getting overweight. If you do get overweight again, you know how to lose it and you've proven that you've got the self-discipline to do it! Once you reach your goal weight, you know this site can help you maintain a healthy weight. You've got it under control! I hope you'll remind yourself of that whenever you feel anxious about gaining weight. I hope you'll continue to give yourself the grace you need to reach your goals. Best wishes on your journey!
