Kelly Stephens's Journal, 27 Feb 15

Well with 21lbs gone in the last 3 months I am starting to notice that the back of my thighs and arms are looking a bit flabby so I have decided to start to exercise at home. I am not doing anything crazy just some wrist weights and resistance bands. My 22 year old daughter made me an exercise plan in 2014 but I never really had the energy to do it before but now I do so I'll give it a shot if for no other reason than to firm up some problem areas.

Start slow with the exercise, 20 mins in the beginning and then add 5 more mins every week or two. That way you won't feel it as a burden you just have to get over with. That's how I did it.

Also, even if it sounds weird, get some of the arthritis cream with capsaicin in it and apply it twice a day on the flabby areas. Capsaicin improves the blood flow (hence the feeling of "warm" those creams give you) and will get the regeneration rate of the skin on fast forward. You can add to that a body lotion that has elastin and collagen.
