First weigh-in this morning since starting the 12 week Body Transformation Challenge. I am finally at my lowest since I stopped smoking 4 years ago. 6kg lost, 3.9% in body fat, 14cm - all in 4 weeks. Emotions are running high as this is a huge achievement for me right now. Now for the next 4 weeks to push harder.
My skinny clothes are now finally becoming my fat clothes. Time to start exploring my cupboard for "new" pants. :D
