Hope everyone is enjoying themselves this long weekend. No big family get-togethers for us this 4th which is ok for a change. I really needed the leisure time, but it's different. No fattening foods to contend with at least. So there's a win! Going to putter around the house, turn up the music, maybe have a glass of wine, and loaf in general! Life is good :)
76.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
