Below 136, where I was the morning I left for the Girl's Trip. Just .8 to get back to 135...my Goal weight

This is all about the scale. I had errands to run today....Library & needed milk, hairspray, something to cook for dinner. I decided to pop into a local clothing store to browse. I thought a couple of new things to take on vacation might be fun. I tried on several dresses, a top & a some pants I found on the clearance rack. I bought a cute knit dress in pink, size medium & yellow skinny ankle pants, size 8. Both very Summery. Then I found a pair of camouflage pants....kaki, white & green....also a skinny 8 @ Walmart marked down to $2. It still feels good to try on clothes & not buy them cause they're too big or just don't suit me. 😊

After I got home I prepped meals for the dogs for when we're on vacation. We always put a serving in a lidded container for each meal for both of them. We needed to be sure there was enough dry kibble or did we need to buy more since they eat a low fat dog food.

After that, I made myself a snack plate of cheese, crackers, hummus & some leftover rotisserie chicken. I started watching "A Small light" on Disney Plus a couple of days ago. It's about the woman that helped Anne Frank & her family while they were in hiding. I watched a couple of episodes....ok, I watched 3 😁 There was a thunderstorm while I was watching that knocked out the internet. Since I was streaming the show, I had to wait for it to come back up. I finished the 3rd episode while dinner was in the oven.

Today was the first day in several I hadn't gone over 1800 calories. It's been 2000 or more each day. My weight still decreased each day. Now that I say that, it will probably go up tomorrow 😏
61.6 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
