Down .2 from yesterday. Tonight was Book Club & I'm sure the combination of the yummy appetizers....veggies & hummus, tzatziki & naan, pub cheese & crackers....dinner....lamb & chickpea stew, kale salad, a Persian style salad, more naan & red wine calories all added up. I haven't tried to log yet. Dessert was a mini Mounds Bar & mint chocolate chip ice cream. I stuck to 1 small scoop. The Mounds & Twinkies (I skipped them) were featured in the book we read. It was a great evening catching up with all my Book Club friends ❤️

We made it to the Gym. We went a little early, so we'd have plenty of time to get a good workout. My back was bothering me a little this morning, but based on other symptoms, I think it was more digestive issues. After walking on the Treadmill & doing my stretches plus drinking lots of water it seemed to relieve my back. Hubby got me to up the weight on the last set of reps on the Pectoral fly machine. I almost stopped at 8 reps but he urged me on & I did 12. I have been very careful after injuring the tendons in my arms. I think I'm OK to up the weights, but I don't want to push it.

Feeling tired, so I'm off to bed 🛌 😴
