Good morning my loves!

So this is accurate, but also not. I got back up to 193, but I wasn’t logging my weight. Not for deception purposes, but because my husband and I weren’t sure what was going on. Didn’t know if there was something wrong with me or the scale. The weight fluctuated so severely every day that we weren’t sure what was accurate.

Turns out, it was a bit of both. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So. Prayerfully everything is back on track. I’ve lowered my calorie intake from the 1900 that FS originally recommended to 1700, upper my protein at my husband’s suggestion (bonus that he’s not only an army medic vet and physical therapist assistant, but also has his bachelor’s in nutritional science from Arizona State….not bragging on him or anything! 🤣🥸♥️🥰). I’ve also added a few more supplements to help with “digestion” 🤫🥸😅

We’re leaving Friday for a family camping trip and won’t be back until next Wednesday- there is most likely no service, so I will keep on until we leave and then “see” y’all next week!!!
