Severed ACL in 2005 - no jogging for me! However I will give a mile on the Gazelle a try this evening.
131.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 56.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

same injury here! I'm on the eliptical here and there. It's low impact.

Knee injuries suck. forever. I am waiting for the day cartilage replacement or regeneration is possible. Please, please, please Mr. MD.
