After a week of travel? No way! I go back on the road tomorrow after only 1.5 days home. Something is odd lol

Worst part is I was so busy I didn’t get a chance to work out last week and I physically ache from missing it.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've noticed that I tend to drop lbs when I skip workouts. I think it is from reduced inflamation. But, like you I crave the workouts, because I know the long term benefits far outweigh the very short term weight loss. Best wishes on finding an opportunity to workout again. Safe travels.
