What works for me. Fast for 24 hours like for blood work if possible. Maybe eat only a salad with minimal protein once if can’t make it. Next day eat only salad and maybe a protein bar for breakfast. Those 2 days usually get me dropping pounds. Third day eat normal. Maintain a 500 cal deficit with a 40carb 20fat 40protein macro plan for at least a week after the 2 day fasting.

Me too. Cutting down on fats by way of following the weight watchers plan, so far down a pound or so below the plates of 159. Good luck - maybe switch up some macros, drink more water. Hang in there, and good luck.

Refeed days/week... up your calories by 200-300 a day for a week. Then cut back again to see if it pushes you through. Or more of a deficit just depending on what your macros are currently a day. It's all about what your goals are as well.

If it’s been months then it’s probably time for a diet evaluation, since a lighter body needs fewer calories. Try adding an extra 10-15 minutes to your workouts and decreasing your calories by 200-300 a day (don’t dip below 1200 unless your thyroid has issues, though).
