WOW. WOW. WOW!
I lost 1300 grams (three whopping pounds!) since yesterday! All that yo-yoing finally let go (I hope!). I am now really on my way to my next goal, 95 kgs. I am half way there from when I started this little part of the adventure at 100 kgs.
Today, I will be skipping lunch to make room for extra calories for dinner. I am having friends over to eat THE HOTTEST CHILI CURRY IN THE WORLD. I love spicy food. I am sure this is gonna kill me. If I don't weigh in and journal Sunday, please send a rescue team. :)
Life is good!

I appreciate the kind words. I really just keep to it. I've been stuck at this weight for ages, it seems, but I see my fat percentage going down, so I am okay with it. Live life, have fun and lose the weight. That's how it's done. :)
