Well, weight is at a standstill. Ive just been eating sensibly. Time to switch things up a little I think and kick the fat burning into higher gear. Im going to find time to exercise this weekend. I will!

Keep calm and carry on. I am stuck to. Maintaining around 161 for a few weeks now and getting tired of low calorie eating. I need to increase the exercise. We can do it.
