Was doing really good on my diet, but then personal issues came along and I gained all the weight I lost. Didn't care for a while until I went to the doctor and she told me I HAD to lose weight otherwise she was going to put me on a bunch of meds....me, a 26 y/o on meds that older people take? That was the turning point. I'm restarting this thing and am going to try whole heartedly to stick to it, for my health.
