So I am down to a new, lowest weigh-in. Yaaay! :) Fluctuation time is over, hopefully for longer than one day.
Starting a three week break from work today. Hope I can maintain my diet.
Life is good.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 56.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
