Super happy with the loss this week, no magic bullet…hard work and consistency. Getting just a little excited for they next 0.7 lb loss to get me into the 100s, been a LONG time and it was brief 😆 Total loss: 184.9 lbs

HEALTHY LIFE MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Feeling stronger. I’d been wanting my swim stride to be stronger and more efficient and with the addition of weight training starting mid-April, I can really tell the difference now. Love it. Bonus: I got called both a hottie and a babe this week…I know it’s not the point of it all, but still felt good 😊
91.0 kg Lost so far: 83.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
