I don’t measure myself upon the numbers on the scale, sometimes it stalls but I still can see the progress from clothes, training belts and sport mobility etc. I trust that my process is right so reaching to my goal is just a matter of time. Got 1 kilo less than last week and 9.2 kg in last 7weeks, today I decide to have a cheat meal to spur my metabolic system being able to achieve more in next week.
