I added more calories so I did gain some . I know it's a good thing but any kind of gain upsets me. I've got to get mind straight that gaining isn't a bad thing when I'm underweight.
35.9 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Youve had quite a journey! I feel like our diet culture is always saying skinnier is better. I started looking at pictures of fit girls and realized they all weighed more! It also helped me to realize people love me no matter what I look like. You walk a lot and your body needs fuel for that. Do you have an ideal weight? Maybe a look? Eating more supports those goals. I think talking to a professional is a good idea if you think underweight is the right weight for you. You’ve accomplished so much. You’ll get this too😘
