Thought I had been doing pretty well, apparently my body is rebellious (ha! so am I). The least little indulgences get me a gain every time. Yet if I stay low-low cal I dont lose either. Frustrating, but not letting this get me down. Ive gotten used to the roller coaster. If I stay low carb for a bit I shld shed this again soon enough. So onward we go!

Game plan for today: I will wait and have a very late breakfast so as to be in fast for 16 hours. Leftover turkey breast and cabbage/radish salad for lunch. Supper I think I'll do a 93% lean angus burger with a repeat of the salad. Matcha tea and lemon water throughout the day.

This is tougher than I thought it would be!

So maybe try upping your caloric intake for a few days and then drop back to the levels you are used to and see if that helps.

I usually bounce between 800 and 1100. I hate to go higher, but sometimes I think it's necessary. I was close to 1100 today, tomorrow I want to bring it back down. Sometimes I think I can tolerate higher calories of clean/lean food than I can less of junky food. Idk if that makes sense, lol

It makes sense. Sometimes upping them a wee bit higher then normal helps our body's when we drop it back down.
