Feel good about this week and grateful for the continued progress! Formula now has 5x weekly full body strength routine (40 minutes or so) fully embedded…that’s the point where I feel I don’t have to fight with myself to do it 😆
HEALTHY LIFE MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Discovering and enjoying new healthy food. Discovered an Asian cucumber salad with Chili flakes and sesame oil that was to die for and an amazing side dish with sushi or seafood. Love the joy I still feel about food without it meaning I have to over-indulge in ALL the food lol
