Keep going on this way! I felt like not controlling exercise and diet in a strict level in this week, however body weight moved down 0.8 kg which is more than last week 0.4kg in a strictest control! I guess it is the combination of food, too less carb and fat taken In last week wont help fat reduction.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

Consistency over time is the key. As long as your plan is appropriate, Stick with it. Even when when the scale stalls. Because it will stall. Trust the process, and the results will come. Also, perhaps putting focus on other metrics like measurements and how clothes fit can be other ways to confirm progress even when the scale is stagnant. 😎
