Today, I have a strange 700 gram weigh gain. Dammit, I was hoping to proudly announce 98.x kgs today. I guess that's not happening. Oh, well. Life goes on. All my other stats on my fancy fancy scale shows me lower numbers, so it's fine...
Life is good!
99.7 kg Lost so far: 55.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yup. Just had the exact same experience. I gained about 6 pounds in the past few weeks, but lost 2% body fat in the same time period. My smaller clothes definitely don't lie, like the scale does. I've been tweaking my new low carb plan & am getting some odd results, but a lot of people are commenting on my weight loss lately, even though I haven't technically lost any in quite a while. :D

Interestingly enough, I read a lot around here about people noticing that they get even more compliments while they are plateauing. Weird. The theory is - I think - that when we plateau is when the body is adjusting the new weight to better fit us. Kinda makes sense to me. I'm perfectly fine with not losing weight as long as I can see things change for the better - and they do! :)
