Weighed myseld twice, just to be sure the scale isn't off, and both times my weight was the exact same!
Is it really possible to loose so much in such little time? For me, it's definitely not usual, but loving the results 😁
67.4 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
