1700 calories for a week, no cheating day, 4 days working out 1 hour weights and 30 min cardio.
128 onz water daily before working out at night not counting water after starting workout.

hurt my knee and shoulder hopefully I heal fast.

starting the Whole30 program in March I saw it in the comment from a member looks interesting. basically no alcohol no grains no dairy for a month.

Sushi Happy hour today promising myself to behave in the intake.
