Well it appears my new RDI is working well for me!
79.7 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

So what's the best way to read the RDI? I'm learning that twice carbs to protein is recommended and 40 grams of fat per day is good...am I on the right track with this? Thanks....Patty

I did the Keto calculation for the Atkins based diet. I put my age hight and weight in and it calculated what I could consume to lose weight and eventually maintain weight. If you search Keto diet and find your magic number. As I lose weight I will run the numbers again.
