On the one hand it’s disheartening to see almost all the hard won scale weight just reappear over a couple days. On the other hand my boobs are the size of Texas and this sudden poochy belly is not fat but clearly all bloat. Sticking to the plan and just waiting out the time of month. Ugh.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
