It's progress! I really wish I had people to talk to to help motivate me on this journey. Honestly, I'm such a shy person that I've always struggled to make and keep friends. Even if there's nobody I personally know on this platform, though, this little journal and getting to interact with other people with a similar goal has been really nice. It makes me feel a lot less alone.

Glad you found this app, and that it’s helping you realize there are many out there who are going through similar things and just trying to focus on being a little lighter and healthier in their own way. Nice job on your progress.
