So I’m on a liquid diet until June 15th. I’m seeing a doctor for night groaning and he says I might have sleep apnea. 😟 The liquid diet really helps! Otherwise everyone can hear me moaning at night and since I don’t want to disturb, I’m sticking to this liquid diet but it’s hard. Here are some of the foods I’m eating on the diet:

Motts Clamato pickled bean juice
Activia yogurt
Campbells everyday gourmet soups
Diet Pepsi
Diet Mountain Dew
Diet lemonade 🍋

84.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Add in some bone broth and keep that protein level (as well as a bunch of other good nutrients) up, which can be difficult with this type of diet/situation. As for the sleep apnea, if you have to wait for a bit to get to your doctor, you can look into mouth taping in the meantime. It works well for a couple of people I know. “Hostage Tape” is the brand of tape I hear is best for this, if you’re interested. Either way, best of luck with your situation. Doesn’t sound like fun.

Yes Mortica Addams it is like this. Except I moan along with it. Yea I will try the bone broth. I’m also drinking teas with vitamin b6 and vitamin D.
