Well that was a nice surprise! Total 177 lbs down and counting…starting to get excited about my upcoming milestone and a special birthday celebration complete with a little black designer dress bc I’ve long dreamed of fitting into one.

WHAT’S NEXT? Consistency is key. Strength training is working really well for body composition and inches lost so sticking to it 4-5x week.

HEALTHY MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Made a conscious decision to take the stairs every chance I got this week. For no other reason than because I could - even the steep ones I normally avoid 😆 Not winded, no break needed partway…I’m so so grateful, another life “barrier” gone!
94.5 kg Lost so far: 80.4 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
