I had abuse of my theory of cheating day once a week and then fasting. Last week Friday happy hour follow by Sunday Super ball eating and drinking like no tomorrow. Even with eating 1700 calories 5 days and working out for 5 days burning estimate of 600 calories my weight is now 3 pounds more. So I'm grounded this weekend no cheating no alcohol. Hopefully I get back because this is a 2 weeks back in time. So much work keeping it healthy and slapping myself to go to the gym and for horsing around 2 days this is the result. Anyways coming back to the game this next week. Fitbit Charge HR arrived and loving it except for when I lift weight it takes like 5 seconds to displaying the correct hear rate but in comparison with my strap Heart rate the total calories burn are very close to each other. Good luck in the journey and happy healthy nest week and life.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week
