Well I went out for dinner the first time since I started on Fat Secret and I took the time before we left to search the Keg's menu's nutritional info so that I could choose wisely and it went very well. I learned that I can eat out as long as I choose wisely.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's great! Eating out is so hard because you don't always know what's in the food. It's seems these days they put sugar in everything!!
