Watching what I am eating has become more easy a time goes on. I love trying new veggies. I just tried Bok Choy, oh my goodness, this is so yummy, filling and juicy too. One of the biggest changes I have made is making sure my plate in a small salad plate and I have 1/2 filled with veggies. Lovin this program too.
