Hello and Happy Monday FS!
Well, the scale surprised me this morning. I didn’t really eat bad but it seemed like I was in an upward trend. Very happy…what a great Mother’s Day Gift! We had a fabulous day yesterday with our granddaughter, son and DIL. 💕💙💗
Off this morning for a recumbent trike ride with hubby! First real time out. Let’s see how I do! 🤞🏻
