When I had the Covid booster a week and a half ago I gained like 4 pounds because of the severe reaction in my body but now I’ve lost that and more I am happy to see a downward trend finally!
79.6 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
