Striving for low cal, low carb, reasonable fat, fiber and high protein. I seem to average about a 3 lb per month loss. At this rate I should be able to reach my 30 lb goal by mid August. Taking longer than I thought it would, but I will get there. THEN I set a new goal. Never surrender.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
