After a few bad evenings of snacking I am back on track. I put the remaining Oreos in the freezer after I polished off 7 last night. Big oops! Especially since I suspect that I am gluten intolerant. But been back walking and my cycle always bloats me so trying not to worry too much about feeling pudgy. Tonight it choir practice looking forward to that. Singing burns some calories too according to FS. And the extra driving and leaving work in a few minutes to pick up my other glasses so I have time to get them fitted before choir at 6. Never a dull moment. The manager continues to bring up minor gripes to the bosses about me and I'm just doing my job. They are getting tired of her complaining about me. She just doesn't like me and that's the issue. I haven't done anything to make her dislike me either. But taking the high road.
