NonScale Victory - had to put my smart watch on the next notch- was on 4th hole, now on 3rd. I have 1 pair of jeans and im constantly pulling them up now. Im still hovering around 191, but my body fat % is .3% lower and muscle mass went up .3%. My resting bicep was at 12.5 inches atd it went up to 14!! My husband and i are really putting an effort to work out, of any kind, 1x every 2-4 days. I walk mostly daily on treadmill. With 2 kids/ 5 pets (3 in cages) and a big house, theres always something happening..
86.8 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
