Thanks I did fasting for about a year but weigh has gone up about 7-8 points and couldn't get back down fasting. But I would go back to it very easy for me. what is MCT?

MCT is medium chain triglycerides. It's more easily converted to ketones than long chain. Some people develop a resistance to making ketones, which as you are probably aware help us burn extra fat...I am apparently one of those people.
