💥 Gym Day 💥 Good workout

Finished Antibiotics Wednesday morning, but I think I'm still dealing with the effects on my tummy. I've felt bloated & still burping from gassy buildup. Hopefully, that will all wind down soon.

Going to a Birthday Party for my Niece tomorrow. Her Hubby is barbecuing an assortment of different meats & the guests are all bringing side dishes. I'm making baked beans & a mixed fruit bowl.
The weather is supposed to be nice and it should be a fun day.

61.5 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
