weird week. highest high past weekend at 157, followed by lowest low today 151. lets see, what am i doing now.....i guess a little more fiber with pumpkin and water melon. also, adding lemon/lime juice prior to dinner to aid with digestion. also liquid aminos and papaya enzymes for digestion and absorption.

but most importantly CONSISTENCY. consistency, consistency, consistency. when work has a training and offers you pizza, you plan for it and take your fruit and veggies and protein instead. everyone else will eat pizza, while you will be ACCOUNTABLE to yourself, stay on track and stay CONSISTENT.

Successful people do everyday, what everyone else does occasionally.
