Chilly rainy day. Not sweating the pound gain. Dancin' to the oldies my style. Richard Simmons wld be proud - LOL :D Late breakfast of my typical (lately) yogurt and blueberries. On my 2nd water bottle and 2nd oversize mug of coffee. Coffee is my forever morning beverage, herbal teas in the evenings. Caffeine doesnt bother me, I just like it that way. :P

Knee feels better today. Can actually bend it enough to go up stairs normally. Turmeric! ;) I swear by turmeric tea for inflammation/swelling. It works.

My energy seems to be up today. Must be the extra protein Ive allowed myself. I need to get more veggies in, but also need to keep up with lean proteins for sustained energy. Carbs bring glucose levels up quick, but drop them just as quickly. (Diabetes and hypoglycemia run rampant in my family.)

Anyway, having a good outlook day. Hope everyone is doing great. Onward...
