Gym today ☆ I cut a couple of things short cause I needed to get out & home by a certain time this afternoon. We usually spend at least 2 hours working out between the Treadmill, mat exercises & weight machines. Add in a 30 min. drive each way & time to shower, potty breaks, etc. I still feel like I got a decent workout.

Book Club tonight. I felt like I was somewhat conservative with what I ate & drank. I hope I overestimated the calories, though, cause they sure added up! There was Publix Chicken Tenders, rotisserie chicken, potato salad, deviled eggs, watermelon salad & a mixed veggie salad. We also had some cream cheese appetizers, hummus, grapes & wine. Dessert was Key Lime Pie. It was a nice evening, even though several members weren't able to make it at the last minute. We had a good discussion on the book & of course, we always talk about lots of other stuff, too.

I did get the urge to eat something while we were watching TV, after I got home. I gave in & had Cajun Trail Mix. Not the lowest calorie choice 😏
Back to my normal WOE tomorrow.
