Weighed in early today as I'm off to Shetland for the Folk festival. Which roughly translated means I'll be eating out and drinking vats of booze for four days. Any survival guidence welcome.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Bootylicious - Good plan... not a sensible one, but I've very rarely been accused of being sensible. Now, where did I put that curry menu?
