Not sure how this happened. 🤔 I've eaten under 1700 calories since Saturday. Only thing I can figure is we stopped to get some groceries after the Gym yesterday & got home later than usual. We had our protein smoothies at around 6:30 PM then dinner later...after 8 I think. I even skipped dessert cause I was too full.

Today was lower calorie, too. I did just remember I forgot to log my Ginger Ale I had with dinner, but I still came in under 1700.

Today was an off day, but you wouldn't know it. I started out throwing the outdoor chair cushions for our patio table in the bathtub to wash them. I spent time scrubbing each individual one & left them to soak.

Then I wandered outside & decided to trim the 2 verigated junipers & the Japanese Maple in our side garden. They were planted in 2000 so @ 23 years old, they've gotten quite large. I ended up doing a major pruning on the junipers. They are now about half the size! I'm very pleased with my work 😁 By the time I finished & cleaned up all the branches & clippings I had gotten in quite a workout. The Maple got a few snips but, it should be the focal point, so I don't mind it's gotten larger.

Gym tomorrow afternoon, then Book Club tomorrow night. I stayed up late last night to finish reading the book. Need to get up to bed so I can get up a little earlier. I think I'm making deviled eggs to take to BC. The host is serving fried chicken as the main course.
