I thought that pizza and drinks midweek would ruin the progress, but I've been careful since and it seems to have paid off. 3lb down! (My partner says she hates me!)
91.6 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Weigh my self once a week, on Sunday. If I do well I don't have the excuse to "celebrate" over the weekend. Except next Sunday I'll be at the Shetland folk festival, so I won't be able to weigh in. Probably just as well as the Shetlanders like a drink, and it would be rude not to join them!
